Where do I enter Discount Code on Emirates mobile app?
Could someone enlighten me as to what point I add a discount code during the booking process on the Emirates mobile (iOS) app please? I've tried several times on both my iPhone and iPad to go through the booking process up until one screen before the payment page and was not able to apply my discount code. I must be doing something wrong.

Click the three little red dots on the top right of the initial flight search / booking screen. You have to add the code before you hit Select Dates

Im guessing this is for the 10% off code which was recently sent out?
I found it made little or no difference to the price anyway, not sure where they are getting 10% from, on an economy booking from LHR the discount was £1.90

Thanks guys. And modularmayhem , yes it's the 10% off code. I tried several test bookings between my desktop and my iPhone and only got 1% discount using the 10% off code when trying to book via the phone app! What a disappointment!

Promo codes only give discount on the base fare, not the yq and taxes. You can thank the UK government for levying these ridiculous taxes.

Indeed - you need to book J or F to get any real value out of these promos.

I ended up booking via the desktop website as the app isn't great for me. Ironically, I managed to save another couple of quid so effectively got the 1% discount anyway,..

Just looking at the flight I booked last night, the ticket cost breakdown is interesting. The additional fees (carrier imposed charges, taxes and fees) amount to just under 50% of the total price I paid! That's pretty shocking to be honest.

Travel agents/OTAs get commission only over the base fare, not taxes or yq , that's the reason. Couple of years ago there was a 19GBP base fare on lhr bkk...
